Remediator helps Australians claim refunds from their bank, insurer and financial adviser if they have been mis-sold products, or services, or paid for goods or services they did not need, or never received.^
Remediator was established in 2020 in response to the findings of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
